Instrument cluster cracks in screen

Has any one on here experienced the screen over the clocks craacking it is getting worse with time
We had a new dash pod fitted in August 2017 due to the Fiat light problem but now cracks are appearing
The dealer says impact damage I know it’s not
Very difficult to get a good picture but here goes

They say not according to the opinion of the chap who handles warranty claims.
I must ask him for his qualifications on cracks and their origins it must be a rare qualification

I had exactly the same problem on my 2017 fiat earlier this year. I was told it was stress cracks and they changed it under warranty

Wonder if its anything to do with a solvent cleaner being used at some point maybe even at the factory or PDI.

Well the dealer wants £900 as the glass is part of the pod. That is not going to happen as I took a 5 year Fiat warranty so now I have contacted Fiat customer care.
