We used to sponsor a lad that raced in Britis Superbikes,, he said the first time he had it put back you could hear the screams right across the paddock, after the first time though it got easier, it popped out at Brands Hatch first lap second corner so he rode a 1000cc 200bhp Superbikes to 6th place and then took himself off to his RV and knocked it back in
He also rode a full race at Cadwell with a broken collar bone that he did the day before, and to pass fit to race he had to do amongst other things 20 press ups

Not getting much relief every time a have dropped of Florence or sum one comes in and either takes blood or blood pressure getting me to sign consent form thay have now told b me I hav torn the tendon that holds my shoulder in place gave it sum fancy name and it's a bit of a rush job to fix it as the faster it's operated on the better it's apparently it's almost detached from the bone.Hope the pain relief kicks in so you can get some kip. Good luck with the operation and a quick recovery.
