Don't work it too much Bill you don't want it popping out again.

We used to sponsor a lad that raced in Britis Superbikes,, he said the first time he had it put back you could hear the screams right across the paddock, after the first time though it got easier, it popped out at Brands Hatch first lap second corner so he rode a 1000cc 200bhp Superbikes to 6th place and then took himself off to his RV and knocked it back in(y)

He also rode a full race at Cadwell with a broken collar bone that he did the day before, and to pass fit to race he had to do amongst other things 20 press ups:LOL:

Don't worry about your van.
I recollect two senior supervisors giving it the once over a couple of days ago.
They will soon fettle it for you!

One thing Bill, you'll sleep once the anaesthetic goes in and nobody will wake you until it's over.
Look like you'll be a one handed spannerman for a while.

Good luck with this Bill, as did exactly the same in 2001 and it took them 2 years to find that I had torn the tendons and muscles from my shoulder and since then I've had 5 operations all from my original fall from my step ladders.

All the best,
John.

Well just woken up my grand children were in to see me
But I was sleeping thay didn't want to wake me.
Jacob was very up set and didn't want to leave
He has left hi comfort blanket he told the nurse when I am sick it makes me better.
It will make grandad better He would not go to sleep till he had spoken to grandad
I am just off the phone to him he says him jay.and daddy will fix the van
He says he will look after me when I am really old so I don't fall over again
Don't know what thay have given me but I am sleeping for Britain Had another jag in the but I got a arc like a pin cushion
It's probably the most painful thing I have ever had
My suggers are all over the place so thay have put me on a drip
Think the fasting before the OP has screwed everything up but I don't know
Off back to sleep

I dislocated my shoulder once and I found it most painful when sleeping. The pain would wake me up in the early hours each morning.
The doctor said when I was lying down fluid would gather in the joint and make it swell up. The answer was to sleep propped up on pillows so the fluid would drain away from the joint. It took a couple of weeks for the pain to go but no problems with it now and I learned a valuable lesson - don't go skiing. :)
