Zenec satnav

I have a built in Zenec Z-E3726 and am having trouble getting the data from the unit to a USB stick. Apparently, this must be done before any updates can be loaded.
Does anyone have the same unit and can advise please?

Yes it is. I have now found a Micro SD card which seems to have all the info on it but is only 8gb so not big enough for the update. 64gb should arrive tomorrow
