I have a Zenec E3715 inbuilt satnav. Zenec have a 25% offer on map updates finishing tonight. Has anyone done an update on their Zenec? Can I download it without access to the navs SD card as the motorhome is currently at the dealers having had it's MOT? It's not been updated for 5 years so could do with it. Hoping I can download it to my PC then update the SD card when we get the van back tomorrow.

The PC needs to be connected to the device/SD. I tried using a new SD card which I down - loaded a previous 'Back - up' on before downloading the up - date, but without success.

Mine not the same model but came with 3 years free updates. Micro sd card needs to be inserted to pc and naviextras toolbox needs to downloaded on pc. The sd card needs to present to identify the system and what updates are required.
