You wouldn't think it would be so hard to spend money.
Went into a motorbike shop last week to buy a new crash helmet, as you would expect never had my size in stock.
The girl said no worries I will order one for next day delivery, sounds easy enough but still no phone call.
It really winds me up when you have to keep on chasing these firms when you want something, I can bet money that if I rang her it would be oh sorry it came last week and I forgot to call you.
Luckily I never had to pay a deposit so will order off the web and get it a bit cheaper.
I always try to support the local shops but sometimes it just not worth it.
