Hi All :)

Do any of you know how I can make the yellowing plastic in the bathroom white again or ways of covering it up with some other kind material/coverings?

Thank you in advance :-)

I’m sure I saw this mentioned on another thread on here within the last few weeks. I’ve used the search facility but I can’t find it…………you may have already tried that, but if not, have a go.

There are supposed paints that work but I have not tried it personally.

SWMBO swears by lemon juice and Vim...... but I'm sure my toothbrush gets involved somehow....
Hi, Thank you, I will try it and see how I go :)

I did mine on a previous moho by painting it with hydrogen peroxide, then covering with cling film for 24 hours, then wash off. If you can get sun/daylight on it during that time then works better.

Thank you. I may try this if the lemon doesn't work :-)

Be very careful with whatever you try doesn’t make the plastic brittle, and much more delicate than it already is.

Eerrr, isn't Vim abrasive? If so I'd have thought it would damage the surface.
May be a cream cleaner would be better
