Motorhomes can park in the coach spaces for 24 hours for £7.30.
There is a problem paying though.
The carpark has two different Ringo app codes depending on whether your a car or a coach.
Putting the coach code in it says you are wrong type to park there. You can put the car code in but they aren't valid for coach spaces.
If you go to the machine it offers a motorhome button but the ticket is only for 10 hours.
I contacted the council and they are aware of the problem. If you ring them they will take payment over phone and you will be on the system for 24 hours.
There number is 01962 848 346.

This carpark is within easy walking distance to the town centre.
The pitches to the left are fairly level those to the right aren't.
There are toilets and the hotel on site has a restaurant.

24 hours ,does that allow overnights?

Yes, you can also park at a couple of their P&R parks in motorhome spaces overnight for £3.20.
Both are further out, but of course you can use the bus as it's included the ticket.

When we were there (admittedly a few years ago) there were frustrated coach drivers unable to find a space to park because the coach spaces were full of cars whose owners were at the car boot sale just down the road. They said they had complained to the council but nothing was done - turned out the organiser of the car boot sale was one of the local councillors!

There's 3 of us motorhomes here plus coaches on the right and two more motorhomes on the left next to the toilets.
Coach just came in, nowhere to park so he's reversed into an electric bay.

Junction 8 takes you straight onto Andover road, as you enter Winchester worthy Lane is on your left. Why the signs tell coaches to use junction 9 I have no idea. Navigating the RV through Winchesters streets was not my idea of fun.

Yes good value but as I discovered when I visited they have no busses from P&R on a Sunday! I used Worthy Road instead & it was good & easy to get to
