Getting there!
Are you sure it’s corian and not maia, seems very odd for corian to crack like that.

Movan. Joy did a decent repair job on her worktop. She put it on here but I can’t find the thread.

Type in worktop repair in the search, there are lots of ways to repair it.

Do the cracks go through the top, or they just in the surface?

We have white Corian worktops at home and surface cracking is normal. Just use a little bit of Jiff to rub them off. But if they are deep then probably best to consult a Corian fitting specialist who may be able to fill them with the colour matched glue they use to make the joints in the board. Specialist job, so won't be cheap.

Those cracks look like they may have been cased by a hidden screw under the hob worth having a look to see if you can eliminate the cause before trying a repair,
it will not be an easy repair as it will very hard to match anything up🤔 if it’s a laminate such as Formica you will need to recover the complete top to make a good job of it.😊

I’m a newbie
Corian is very repairable, there are plenty of specialists who could do it.

However, that does not look like Corian to me.

What makes you say that? A lot of Hymers come with Corian worktops and have done so for a while
I wouldn’t think a resin worktop would crack like that unless there’s been a large screw or bolt put in the edge without a decent pilot hole🤔

Corian is a trade name for for DuPont solid surface, it does look like a solid surface to me and I have worked with LG Hi max, the problem with a repair is that opening up the crack and then filling it won’t have the particles that the original has so will stand out. If you had the exact match you can/a specialist could route out a patch and replace it with a plug.

newbie but learning fast
Looks like the Corian in mine which cracked exactly like this In exactly the same position near hob. It was under warranty so it was replaced. I’m not sure if its an installation issue or heat from the Hob.
