Howdy folks,

The two levers(?) on the passenger seatbelts I guess are for adjusting the shoulder height of the belt to fit the passenger.

However, I can't fathom out how they are supposed to work. I've tried lifting, pushing, pulling almost to the point when I think they'll snap off! Is there a special techique I need to employ? (The only thing I can think of now, involves a 'Glasgow Socket Set' - but that'd be a touch harsh)

Any ideas, pointers or suggestions would be most welcome.
