We've just got back home after spending a rather disappointing Christmas at Bargoed Farm, Aberaeron. We stopped overnight at the Wishing Well on the way to Wales and back. It was one of the best pub stopovers we've done. Good basic pub grub at very reasonable prices. A very warm welcome to us and our dog Ruby and new puppy Alfie (the puppy we were definitely not going to get before Christmas as it would be a daft thing to do
). It's perfect for us as it's off the M4 (J18) and about half way, so breaks up the journey really well. Parking is in the overflow bit at the back of the pub and the landlord is looking at ideas to improve it. He's a really nice landlord, genuinely friendly and open to suggestions for improvements for motorhomers. Highly recommend this pub.
