Wish to retain all of my entitlements along with C1/D1

Ok so fast approaching 70 and I would like to retain all of my driving licence entitlements including D / D1 / D1E / DE etc I have just past my medical with D4 Drivers UK etc, But just asking if on form D2 (Applications for Lorry, Bus or Minibus ) if I just tick 1b = I want to renew my C1/D1 entitlements would this include everything I currently have ? Or do I need to tick one of the box’s on 1a = First entitlement / Additional provisional entitlement for the D / D1 ?
Anyone else just gone through this one please ? I have tried to speak to DVLA and had a search on the site.

If you are renewing the lorry entitlements also then you can tick the box for "working driver" so bypassing the queues?

If renewing CE and DE categories do you need C1E and D1E.
Surely the higher CE and DE cover the lesser categories

Perhaps worth remembering that it is only a medical report, the DVLA decide whether you pass, fail or need further medical tests after looking at the report.

What queues?

I had my D4Drivers medical 2 weeks ago, sent my forms & licence off last Monday (recorded delivery) and received new licence today, just 7 days later!! . That’s even before the Post Office know they’ve delivered it!

Happy , though I know not everyone is so lucky!
