Wiper/indicator problem

Hi, I’m sure I read on here sometime that someone else had this problem! When I turn my left indicator on my wipers come on as well. It’s a 2004 hymer B564. Any ideas/ help greatly appreciated. Thankyou!

Is it a Fiat or MB and has it just started to do this or have you had work done recently ?

It’s a Fiat . No, no work recently , but it’s been just on the driveway for the past year, no long runs at all. New leisure batteries last month.

If the wipers and indicators switch are the same stalk that's where I'd look first.

I'd guess it's probably a bad or broken earth connection

i would start by checking for a shared earth problemuse a length of wire to add a known good earth see if that cures nit
