I am planning to purchase a breathable cover for my PVC to protect it over winter. I was hoping to use Specialised Covers but they say they have no pattern for my MH (a Ducato based Autocruise Select, really?) so they want to charge an extra £250 to pattern it. I object to this as my pattern will enable them to make the covers for a multitude of versions for other customers at my expense.

Could anyone please recommend a suitable maker?

i agree with you if they are using your van as a pattern i would expect some discount but i cant see why they dont have a generic pattern already the vans been around a while, Personally i dont like covers even the slightest bit of movement can cause abrasion to the finished surface

Why do you need a cover U.Toadifact?

May be to keep the green algae off the roof and grooves and grill?

I have always used a breathing multi layer good quality cover. Never had a problem and it sure keeps the 'van clean!

I am "lucky" enough to live next to a rookery. I don't know what those guys eat but I sure know what they $&%£!
