Anyone know how to fix this cord hanging on blind ?

It looks very similar to blinds we have in our conservatory, one of which I've repaired a couple of times. Note ours are actually in frames so this won't be relevant if yours isn't.

First off establish how it's fixed to the window frame then detach; if possible extend the blind itself to the fully closed (that is, extended) position before you do. You will see how the various cords run and one of them will have some form of length adjustment. I'd guess this has loosened off, solution just adjust to take up the slack, tighten and refix. Don't over-tighten the cord or the blind will not work smoothly.

Hope this is of some use. (Incredible coincidence, as I write there is a blinds fitter putting up some new ones for us!)

I think they are referring to a motorhome blind. Are you?

Take the frame off self tappers hold the ends of the cord to the frame at each top corner.
