I'm a newbie
I have a Huawei Mifi 4G router it was used in our caravan couple of years ago with mobile provider Three. Could it possibly work in Europe if I use a data sim card from country visiting?

I use a Huawei mi-fi unit when in France but just use a 3 data only sim. I suppose it depends how much data you need as roaming limitations have to be considered.

They are usually not locked to any network so shouldn’t be an issue

Some mifi devices are locked to a sim. Not sure how common that is.
Is your device badged as being with 3?
If you or a family member has a different vendor, try it.
Then, when you know if it's unlocked, you can look at the best deals (y)

I don't know will take a look. I will try it when we go away again.

I seem to remember having to "enable" my Huweaii mifi to allow roaming. Then stuck it with smarty unlimited sim for use in UK and abroad
