Yeah it means it cant be registered in the uk ....but that doesn't stop unscrupulous buying it shipping it abroad usually Ireland if rhd and then repairing it and registering it there. Thats where many stolen MH from uk end up if rhd tooDon't know what cat b means but by the reading it's got to be broken and you have to be licensed to do it.

I see the front wheel has gone so might have twisted something but , yeah otherwise could be fixed up.T cut and a bit of bees wax and as they say in Yorkshire. “She’ll be right”. Or that I’ll do”
