Which Tracker?

Morning all,

We've been told by an insurer that if we want to take our MH around Europe and live in it for 12 months we will need to fit a tracker. There seem to be quite a few on the market - cheap to very expensive. We would need one to satisfy the insurer and give us piece of mind that if it was stolen we would stand a reasonable chance of tracing it. It looks like an S7 category would suffice, rather than the more expensive S5 option.

Does anyone have any experience of which ones' work best for them - subscription model, one-off payment, GPS or sim/data based? We want something that will do the job but not have to spend the earth on monthly payments.

Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.

Morning.
Check with your insurer about which brands are ok with them. Some that are around are not listed as Insurance acceptable but work perfectly. I have one from TruTrak and it works great. Informs me when the MH leaves my home and when it arrives back and we have an app that tracks its every move live. Not a model that is insurance compatible.
