Where to go today? (1 Viewer)

Hello,

Weathers good and we want to go somewhere off the beaten track up North. We’re from Yorkshire.

Problem is I’m not sure where and would like some suggestions.

We have a small camper ( no toilet ) but I don’t mind wild camping as there is usually a cafe or public toilets to visit.

Come up to Scotland and into Dumfriesshire or further up the west coast and over to Millport on the 8 min ferry.

I spent lots of time when I was younger up in Northumberland Seahouses and Alnwick as all my mums family were from there.

Hmmmm Scotland- planning on doing Galloway at Easter although it’s a lot closer than you think.

Can you be a bit more specific? With campsites or wild spots - I have Campercontact always good abroad but I’ve found it to be a bit hit and miss in the U.K.

I have to be back to work ( blah ) on Sunday so don’t have much time grrr

Think it’s gonna be on the east coast slightly up from Scarborough. Don’t like it too busy so we’ll see and then head inland

Agree, I find i useless in the UK
