Where to buy a leisure battery in Portugal

I'm currently staying between Portimao and Monchique in the Algarve and looking like I need a new leisure battery.

Can anybody recommend a reliable place to buy a new battery in the area please?

Can't reccomend anywhere, but a search on Google maps shows a few Auto repair places in Portimao.

You could try ffsolar, a bit West of you, but not a lot further than Loule.

Check out Chandlers as so many are fitted in Boats,l purchased two in Gibraltar some time back and they are VAT free. Dependant on where you are in Portugal it’s only a matter of hours away subject to any travel restrictionS.

Speaking of Chandler's, there's one in Portimao over the bridge towards Ferragudo called Sopromar, I think it's the first exit off the roundabout that takes you onto the key side past a guard house kind of affair;

If you have a delivery address,it is cheaper to buy from tayna battery's and have it delivered!
In Silves last year ,a few of us had varta ldf90's delivered at a good price!
