Where was this photo taken. Have fun,
The photo is a little too small and grainy. BIGGER is BETTER.
No excuses John, what you meant to say was he has you stumped. Me too
Try it with a bit bigger picture just for John.
Does it make it any easier.
Trouble is it makes it slower to upload/download.
Have fun .
 That is MUCH better.
I don't know where it is though.
Clue please !
Is it Le Portel?
Isle of White?
Lulworth Cove , Dorset ?
Clue. There is a golf course on the cliff top. It's not in the UK.
Have more fun guessing.
I am going away to Cumbria for a week so you will all have to wait until Monday 17th for more clues.
Southern Irish coast perchance?
Just got back from Cumbria, It looks like people have given up.
I thought the white cliffs would have given the area away.
Clue: try south from UK's white cliffs.
well it's not wednesbury...were land locked
Is it Cap Gris Nez France?
All answers are wrong.oh:
Its in Upper Normandy, have a look at a map of Britain and France and if you could move both Britain and France together they would fit quite well white cliff's to white cliff's.
Someone should get it this time :thumb:
Why! do you want to know where this is, it is to the left of a Port!
I think it is Etretat
In that case it is very near to Gap Gris Nez as I have posted
I think you are at least 100 miles out. Look back at my last post - its a clue! I could be wrong, but I don't think so as the rock and cliff is very distinctive.
EDIT - Oilman, think you are right, it is near to place I was thinking off, So my clue is a load of rubbish. Oh well, all just a bit of fun!
Well it took a long time but eventually OILMAN got there, Yes it's Etretat, nice place to visit plenty of eating places. The municipal site can take small and large vans even RV's. Hope you all had fun, it is only for fun and maybe it's a venue for members to visit. Another one soon.:thumb:
