I don't even know how to fix a bike to a bike rack, so I have no idea if it is even feasable, let alone how to secure the wheelchair.
Can it be done?

First check the weight of the chair then check what the bike rack will carry. Luggage straps would be my choice of fasteners.

I used to put my wife’s wheelchair on the bike rack, when folded the rear wheels fitted into the grooves, used the straps on the wheels and the clamping arms fitted at the top ends, never had a problem, wheelchair would probably be lighter than two bikes.

Thanks, I'll give it a go, tho, I'm not at all sure how the clamping arm is supposed to work.
Weight is not an issue, the rack says 60kg, and as I can lift the chair unaided, it's obviously a lot less than that. :D

If your not sure how to clamp it then use short lengths of rope and tie it on, I often doubled up like that, but then I do tend to go over the top, it’s the same when I tie a load in my trailer, more rope than they use to tie up a ship.😂

The bike clamps will probably be to big to grip onto the wheel chair frame i'd use ratchet straps and bungees for any loose bits if needed you can alter the track spacings by drilling new holes

On second thoughts . . . I will probably go with my original plan of removing the rack . . . I found a storage space below the cooker which gives a clear view of one of the fixings for the bike rack, or at least it would if it were still there! The fixing seems rigid enough, but it must only be fastened to the outer plate. :( I actually found the inside plate, (with a sheared off bolt and the missing patch of internal cladding still attached) lodged between the cooker support and the dividing partition between the cooker space and the fridge space. :(
