Mine are 19mm on a Fiat I have seen 25mm on eBay and Amazon but only in black and for some strange reason packs of 10

Hi Sally...how old is the truck? Most are 21mm socket sized for taking the wheel off on the maxi chassis. 19mm comes in on the smaller chassis 3500kgs and below

Your Wheel brace may look like 25mm but in fact is 21mm....just check with a Rule or better still a vernier gauge like in the picture...

Definitely 21mm for the maxi chassis.

I have the, non maxi ,Fiat camping car chassis and under 3500 kgs, wheel nuts are 21mm

Hi Kevin thanks for all your replies van is 2006 chieftain and looks like I have measured wrong but inside of wheelbrace 25mm or 1 inch will have to measure again

Its possible the wheel brace is jus a little 'tired' and so measures up at 25mm. Like most of the replies you will more than likely have the 21 as shown in Nigel L post above..(y);)

24mm on my 16" Maxi steel rims (1999). That's the socket I robbed from my socket set when I wanted to make a longer wheel brace.

Just to clarify a simple point, the nut measurement is between the FLAT sections of the hexagon, not the points. On my Fiat Ducato with Alko Maxi chassis they are 22mm.

I just fitted some to 2019 Fiat Ducato alloy wheels
they are 21 inch
thanks peeps for advice again

On our 2014 Fiat they are 21mm on the nuts and 25mm on the locking.

still waiting for ours to arrive.
If you do put some on make sure you use some wax or grease, mine were ridiculously hard to get off because the nuts had rusted under the covers.

The only way i get mine off is with a mallet and chiseldriver. Definitely grease them before fitting.
