Looking on Google Earth I came across this, it's just North West of the centre of Laon France and on the branch of the rail line, I assume it's something to do with the railways but have no idea what, anyone?

It’s a shopping centre tenanted entirely by charity shops. Kept well away from real shops and coffee shops you can wander from one emporium to the other in a circular motion so you don’t know when you have reached the end or the beginning of what’s on offer and spend the rest of your life walking in a circle buying other people’s cast offs......
