What kind of sealant do motorhome manufacturers use when the screw into a wall?

It's actually the rear wall - replacing a bit of bodywork that got cracked. It's attached with 4 screws that screw directly into the rear wall. The stuff they have used is quite 'chewing gum' like in it's consistency. Still soft and reasonably easy to pull off so not like some of the Sikaflex stuff.

many many years! since I was a kid
Carafax mastic is a popular one with many manufacturers. It's cheap
