Well what does make you a good Motorhomer indeed..
Because.
A. You have the best, most expensive unit.
B. You have been doing it for year and years.
C. You know how to enjoy your freedom.
D. You know how to be there without causing problems for others.
E.You know how to make the most of a bad day, bad weather..
F. Perhaps you don't care about anyone else, as long as you have a good time..
G.You leave no trace of having been there, no litter, no soiling, didn't annoy the neighbours.
H.Allways get the right pitch, to see the sun go down and rise the next morning...it is possible..
I. Wave at fellow drivers while passing..
J. Change your vehicle at regular intervals, therefore being a good Motorhomer in the eyes of your local dealer, until you return two weeks later with a list of faults as long a your arm..

So Dear Good motorhomers...What makes you as good as you think your are...🤔😀😀😀😀🇪🇦

.Perhaps

A very good question. Hard to answer as well. Respect for communities,
people, nature, other motorhomers and spending some cash in their vicinity especially when using free aires.
I have two pet hates.
1 intolerance of other peoples country's, choices, colour, religion etc.

Dunno;since I've overcome my superiority complex, I 've become perfect, and my impeccable behaviour and attitude is the example that all motorhomers should strive to follow ...

Earth, bump, with, down, a, to. Rearrange into a well known phrase or saying, answers on a postcard to 'Perfect Motorhomer Competition, PO Box 37, Letsby Avenue, Derby, DE 99. Entries received after Wednesday at noon will not be considered but Bill Payers will still be charged by the local constabulary, or, at least, will assist the Police with their enquiries into what makes the Perfect Motorhomer ....'

Not giving a toss that the owners of big expensive Kroutmobiles look down on us peasants in Autotrails. ;)
Not giving a toss that my big expensive Frogmobile is surrounded by peasants 😉

Bob

We do not look down on Autotrails - they have our sympathy. ;) ;)

Anyway our N&B Arto (S/H) was not expensive, but is still running well at 18 years old.

If i could find a N&B with the layout we want and within our budget i would have one tomorrow.

I know how to fix things when they go wrong.

Which is just as well as most dealers don't.

Im not sure how the rest of you get on. I know some motorhomes who don't know one end of a spanner to the other. I think people just are very lucky.

I guess that means PVC owners cant join this thread with their noisy old sliding doors
Only noisy if you don’t know how to close it quietly.
From the outside, gentle slide then push on the middle right hand side.
About the same noise as a car door.
From the inside not much chance of being quiet, sorry

So there you have it PVC owners close you big old noisy hab door from the outside then get in 1 of the front doors and climb over the seats to go to bed simples

D and G for us. I like to enjoy what I'm doing without it impacting others. It's just the way I am and I think it transfers to MoHo-ing quite well :)
