What is this? Update: Sorted, turned out to be a water sensor!

Can Anyone tell me what the blue disc in these images is? The blue box is is the 12v controller under the hat seat of a Weisnberg MH.

Looks like a water level sensor. Is the waste or fresh water tank under there?

I think it may well be above the tank. Unfortunately, I won't be able to check for a week or so as the MH is in storage. What flummexed me was that the surface of the blue disc is tacky.
