What do you have to do to get a + ???

Noticed on the members online thingy that Linda (LC1962) always has a + sign next to her name. Is this like having letters after your name in real life?? Or does it show that she has a MHFun ASBO outstanding??

If its the ASBO thing HOW DO I GET 1???
