6 months in a 10m Southwind in the USA (2014). Just bought a Hymer and embarking on a tour of Spain
I have 2 of them. Something to do with levelling maybe? Though I also have a lack of yellow very recognisable drive on levellers...

Wheel chocks to stop you rolling. They may be the type that locate on your levelling ramps. To stop you rolling off your levelling ramps.

& if it is a spanish vehicle it is a legal requirement in some cases re; weight or pvc based van.

All aircraft have chocks put against the wheels when parked so that the brakes can be released to aid cooling for next flight and to avoid overheat and brake 'fade'
