Evening,
As the title says and are they readily available?. Also, is it possible to remove the wires from the terminals and if so how? Don't seem to be screwed in.
I want to move the connected socket higher up the wall so want to remove the short cable and connect a longer one.

Many thanks as always.

Sean

Should be able to push an instrument screwdriver alongside the wire and pull the wire out. It's like a miniature tongue that allows the wire in and then grips it. So you need to lift the tongue off the wire.

They are from the Wago range of lighting circuit connectors. Hymer & Carthago use them for the mains circuits in their vans.
You can get screw terminal versions, the one in your photo is not designed for re-use.

If it’s a Sargent unity there shop has ready made cable’s to whatever length you require.
They also have these connections for sale separately. Hope this helps.

Thanks all.

I've realised that the other half of the connector (female side) has only one cable and space for two so I will be able to piggyback off that one.
Many thanks
