What’s the cheapest vets around Calais for worming a dog to return to the UK?

What is the cheapest vets around the Calais area (or further afield) for tapeworm treatment (praziquantel) for our dog to re-enter the UK? We are going back on Eurotunnel.

Avoid any vet near the channel ports, they will charge top dollar. We have ours done 360miles away and two dogs less than 10euro.

We used a vet in Millau, so no help to you, but don’t leave it too late.
It has to be administered between 1 & 5 days before your crossing .

Distance from the ports is critical and in 5 days you could cross France.

I would agree with Manic. You will find the vet at Buchy hard to beat. Used them 2 weeks ago. Our own tablets provided. Easy book on line. Less than 8 euros each dog. Aire at Buchy still there but services out of order.

We use the one in Rue about hour&half from Calais, no idea of cost not used for a couple of years coz of COVID.

Could use our vet. Sabine at Charmes (Vosges) on the little industrial estate near Leclere. She is excellent and speaks quite good English, unfortunately the receptionist doesn't.
