So pump running OK Mark? you say 230v setting is greyed out, do you mean pump on 230v ? if you don'r have a 230v pump it won't show as an option.
Yes pump now running, that explains the 230v then, the only other setting is constant or therm though.

OK but a puzzle why it wasn't running on gas setting when the panel said that it should be, "therm" is when the boiler runs hot and the pump switched on/off to control the room heat from the thermostat, "continuous" is as it suggests so the boiler has to reduce the temperature of the glycol heating fluid as the room warms up, the downside is that the domestic water cools as well so not good when the Mrs goes for a shower  or even worse? when you do

Ok, perfect👍 didn’t realise there was another setting deeper in

Yes, perfect thank you, so do I need to do this when I’m not on hook up? Or should it pick up automatically?
Didn’t realise that the panel had those settings, can’t see anywhere in the manual for them.

👍👍
Thanks Westy

I think Westy and yourself nailed it with the settings issue Martin 👍

I had this problem in Germany last Xmas BUT even on another electric bollard it wouldn’t work, so I went into the menu and put pump on 12v and it fired up straight away🤷‍♂️
It has worked on 240 since so I don’t know what the problem was really🤷‍♂️

When mine wasn’t working in Germany last year, the pump was showing running but it shut off pretty much straightaway, so I went into the temp settings and the glycol temp was well up, it just wasn’t getting away from the boiler, shutting it down instead. I then selected 12v and it fired the pump up straightaway🤷‍♂️

Could be an expensive factory visit Mark😳😳😳
It already is Mark, remember the bottom blind the mrs snapped, picking a new one up, not paying for them to fit it though as it was more expensive than the blind😩 ingress test also to be done💧💧☔

They charged me €151.07 Mark for the hab/ingress check so not to bad.
And as a Brucy bonus never got charged for the hire car I had for a couple of days while they were carrying out warranty work😁😁

Although I am amazed that we give them a mountain of cash they then charge you every year to make sure the van they built is not leaking😂😂

We don't have the 240v as an option even ;) saves confusion I suppose.
