as we are downsizing, though still want motorhome parking.

Just that bit too far away from where we want to Be.

When we moved my parking was near the top of the list of what we wanted. We ended up with something smaller and cheaper than we were really looking for in fact we almost didn't bother viewing but when we saw it all the wants were covered. I think that one looks a bit to remote from the photo but I would go and look at a few. Heres a pic from our front window.

Having watched Escape to the Country (well, someone has to!), it's surprising how many people are taken by the "mystery house," which usually breaks the spec of what they thought they wanted, but then love it. Maybe this house will tick enough boxes, the location will not be so important for you.

Escape to the country, if you have at least half a million to spend, never watch it now.
What’s up with a few programmes to balance things out with 100 to 150k budget?
Would make much better television especially with the 47% further increase in food banks.

With that budget they'd have to call it Escape to Dystopian Urban Area 😁.

That's what I thought, doesn't seem laid out right for a bungalow, more an agricultural supplies building, but then I suppose there would be empty pallets about.
I cut the pallets up for the stove, haha

Around here £100-150K cash is a 20% deposit for first time buyers.

Might be able to find you a single garage in Sussex for that, the chance of a nice place in the country for that is cloud cuckoo land, 750k - 1 mil will buy you a half decent place.

Just typical. You buy a nice place and some inconsiderate bugger goes and parks their motorhome in front of it :rolleyes:

:LOL::LOL::LOL:

Depends what you class as the country as you'd get a decent place up here in the country for that, won't be a mansion with 10 acres but you could get a nice wee cottage.

Rubbish, maybe down your way, its not escape to Sussex or wherever you live, it’s escape to the country.

I bought this for £37000 in 2000, there’s some up in the north in the country for 150k and less, maybe you and escape to country need to do some more research.

High up on the moors, huge garden, 3 large bedrooms,

2 drives, one for the Motorhome and the other for 6 cars, views to die for, its worth about £150,000 now. We got it valued beginning of last year just before lockdown.
