Not too shabby, my licence took 9 days from me posting it off to the new one dropping in the post box.
Some do seem to be having a different outcome. I can only say I have had good service from DVLA.

My ghast has been flabbered.

Sent my license off with D4 and medical for coach.

Had it returned within 14 days
I’m well pleased with that and it had all my entitlements as well

Sounds as if Boris has sent the 'heavy mob' in to kick some bums into action.
Lets hope things improve rapidly………but I won’t hold my breath just yet.
