Looking to cross onto Germany for the first time (in motor home anyway). Using Search for Sites app, I see a number of stops beginning "Weingut". Is this a German equivalent of France Passion? If so, is there a website? Google hasn't helped...
Much obliged, also if anyone has, a must stop venue upto 100 miles inside Germany from Strasbourg, that would be good too 😉

They are wine producers. Not uncommon for them to set aside some space for MHs and of course a place you can buy their wine. :)

Lake Titisee is worth a visit, we hope to go back there on our travels next month.

Stayed at Sandbanks Camping and it’s an easy walk around the lake into the village.

Obliged, as ever! May swerve the €50 for a brief foray into Germany, but will deffo take a look at Lake Titisee...

Plenty of Stellplatz from a few Euros to free.

Btw, don’t know how old your van is, but Strasbourg conurbation actually bars older diesels (cat 5) altogether now.

Does that mean older than euro 5 ?

Not sure exactly how it works , but vans with Crit’Air category 5 (or with no Crit’Air sticker) are now barred - Here

I think it means Euro 3 diesel hgv and Euro 2 diesel non hgv now banned.

What you need to watch for are those with FKK in the name as excellent scenery

Training it into Strasbourg, so hopefully the driver has the right sticker 😉
