Webasto air top controls not working (1 Viewer)

hi there.
We’re staying in my in laws Chausson and the Webasto heater is giving us some trouble.

We’ve set it to 0, but it won’t turn off and the light remains on. It sporadically turns itself on and blows hot air and then seems to settle down. But the light showing that it’s on, on the switch remains on the whole time.

Does anyone know if there is a way to disconnect it completely at the heater level itself or reset it?

It sounds like you have a defective switch /temp control...
If you want to disable it there will be a fuse that can be pulled..
On mine its under the built in seat behind the front passenger cab seat..
Its not part of the cbe unit but a separate fuse ..I'm sure there is also a fuse on the cbe control panel that will disable the supply but most probably other functions as well ... Pulling the likely fuses one at a time till it kills the supply .... switching off the main control panel will prevent everything on thec12v side working....
