I'm a newbie
Can't remember exactly how much it was £5-6 I think
Proper sticky rubberised tape

, not like normal duct tape

Might be handy to keep a roll in the MH

Oh Im glad Started looking for unreplied posts. I must go get some of this today as I'm now convinced its the window thats leaking and the tape I have keeps blowing off.

Thanks for this!

Is this better than Gaffer tape? I need to use tape to stick the edges of my insulation on my underslung water tanks.

Our local branch had sold out already yesterday so you'd better be quick! I got the last two cans of silicon oil.

Do you think this tape will peel off again without taking the decals with it?

I'd be concerned it will pull the decals off.

If Lidl's are out Screwfix also do it and I think it may be cheaper.

I think you might be right, I am going to use the silver foil tape instead as I know that should come off, if it ever stops raining!

...... if it ever stops raining!
Tell me about it! Meant to be finishing off some work on the top of the van and replacing TPMS batteries this afternoon but weather forecast is promising (well, the rain's going off!).

Well I damaged the window on my Hymer cracked the inside quite badly I put some gorilla clear on the bits I could and that helped. And off I went to Lidl and got the clear T-Rex. And it’s on the window. Made it a lot stronger. And usable again. Now the painfully expensive search for a replacement window.

Lidl in Todmorden all sold out, so will look at Screwfix,
thanks for the heads up anyway.

I managed to buy some of the black waterproof stuff this morning, they also had grey like gaffe tape. I will keep it for a rainy day.

Way better than gaffer tape , once you stick it I doubt it's coming off

It's not cloth like gaffer tape , it's a rubberised tape with a very sticky waterproof glue like mastic on the back
