Autocruise Starblaze
We have a 2005 autocruise Starblazer. We have sprung a leak under the vanity unit in the enclosed plastic structure. The water is coming out at step level and internally at floor level. As anyone had similar problem. ?

We had a similar problem in our Hymer, which seemed to manifest when the boiler was on. It turned out to be a loose connection on the hot water pipe. When the boiler heated up it created a bit of pressure in the hot water line. Once I gained access, I just tightened the jubilee clips to both pipes..............................then carried out the same to all clips found/accessed in both the hot and cold system.

Good luck sorting it out. (y)

Cheers,

Jock. :)

Had similar on my truck conversion, I didn't do the conversion. There was no access, ended up drilling out two holes in a cupboard under the sink to tighten up the jubilee clips... Rubbish design most MoHo's.

Likely to be a loose jubilee clip, as already said. However, if it has only just appeared then it could be as a result of frost damage following the recent cold weather. Sod’s law will dictate that the leak is coming from the hardest to access location - been there, got the badge ( and bloody knuckles!).

We managed to access the rear of our washroom sink through the fridge vents so we got lucky.
Otherwise you may have to dismantle whatever is behind it.
We have John Guest push fit fittings so we replaced the joints and hoses with new (well all the ones we could reach) as it was recommended not to just push the old back in.
We always drain water out of the system for the coldest months if not using the van.
