Water in fuel sensor Fiat Ducato

There appears to be two possible part numbers for the water in fuel sensor in the bottom of the fuel filter

27366566
Does anyone know of a way of determining which one was fitted without taking the existing one apart first? Can you tell from chassis or engine number?

the van is an Adria Coral 670SU plated in 2013, but I, of course, do not know when the Fiat chassis was made.

I would try a Fiat main agent van parts supplier as they should be able to say which is the correct part using the vin/chassis number.

I had a 2013 Ducato with the aluminium canister filter, this sensor fitted and replaced the one when mine split and leaked.
