Got to site last night, drove through sone rain during the trip, saw some water on the kitchen worktop, the window blind was wet, the window had been shut properly, checked the window seal this morning, cant see an obvious hole or tear

Suggestions?

Don’t presume it’s getting in where it’s coming out 🤔

Might just be a one off, due to direction of rain and you driving at same time , I would wait and see if you get it again before worrying too much 👍

I agree, just thinking aloud, I couldn't see anything obvious..

It's stopped raining here. That was the 1st bad day so far..

If if was that horrendous rain around Valencia they have had the last couple of days we drove through it on Tuesday. That was unbelevible so may just be a one off, hope so.

Might be worth cleaning and silicone greasing the seals and checking the catch retaining points are not loose?

Fully agree. That rain in Valencia was unusually harsh, but it might have done you a favour by making a little leak a whole lot more apparent. I'd say it's time to do a check on the effectiveness of the seal and check around the area to see if you have the beginnings of water ingress.

You could explore with a hose pipe/watering can and see if you can replicate it.

Is there a rooflight near it water can track quite a distance. When it's dry I'd get a hosepipe on the outside to try and find where it's coming in

I had some water coming out at the top of the window, turned out to be a gap that needed to be re sealed on external the roof join.

A few days ago, we had a small leak through the passenger door in the Fiat cab. At the time we had a silver screen on, it was raining and quite windy. I opened the door, repositioned the internal fixing strip that held the screen in place and the leak stopped. Good for me but only useful to you if you were using an external screen.😁
