With windscreen washers my first check is to wiggle a needle in the spray nozzle if neither is working, on basis that back pressure could stop the pump operating.
I paid a similar price at my local motor factors. I try to always get my parts from them as obviously its easier to take it back and order another if there are a choice of two types or more (which usually seems to be the case). They usually can get me a part next day, if the not the same day.
My washer motor recently stopped working on a 19plate Ducato. I followed the help in the thread to remove the pump and initially it wouldn’t run but by applying a reverse current from a spare battery it freed the motor and is running fine but I’ll heed the advice from the thread and purchase a spare just in case.
