I've been up to Manchester today, couldn't believe the number of MH's I saw along the A14 and M6, probably doing to the weekly shop ;);). There was a couple in a German registered PVC heading south, surely they're not returning from a couple of weeks up north (Lucky so and so's).

I shall be taking ours on the 8 mile journey to have the cam belt and service tomorrow afternoon, and pick up for return journey on Friday. I might be tempted to come the long way home:cry:

In answer to your question, no it wasn’t me 😇

deny the office GIF

Ok, I admit it........it wasn’t me either! ;)

Do you honestly think that I’m going to admit that on here? 🙄

Ian😉

It was me last week going from Staffordshire to Lincolnshire and back to sign house purchase contract - got stuck avoiding M6 junction 12 due to traffic jams!

There are genuine reasons to be driving one. My Dad, a school bus driver, has had to drive his MH to his bus depo every day since some drunken idiot wrote off five cars on our road at 2am!

Keeps getting evils and dirty looks. People are so judgemental and he's scared someone going to attack it while he's driving the school bus! 😢

before I SORN the van in December I took it shopping on the odd occasion but had no animosity what so ever in fact in Asda I did as I always do when shopping parked near another van (safety in numbers)

even to the stage where I was washing my hands with the whoop bang door open and an older gentleman walked past gave me a great big smile and said 'brilliant idea, keep well'

either I have been really lucky or just pay no attention to what is going on around me.

But my neighbour did stop as he was driving past today to ask when I was off, I said hoping for the weekend, he was surprised that I had not been anywhere, but did invite me up for social distanced bankholiday drinks if I was here which was very nice.
