Vodaphone alarm

Alarm on my MH keeps going off, shows bonnet sensor tamper. Had dealers who fitted it take a look at last service and they replaced bonnet sensor, of course they now won't answer phone calls
Anyone got any idea of what could be causing it. I have tried to close distance between both parts of sensor by packing out wide part
