I am currently on route to Zell am See and will be stopping for a few nights before driving on to Lienz. I was hoping to use the 107 but for some reason Garmin and Google maps keep diverting me via the 168 and 108. I am a little concerned that maybe the 107 is not suitable for Motorhomes or could it be that there are restrictions on driving that route. Any help would be gratefully received prior to me embarking on this route next weekend

I think you will find the 107 is the grossglockner high alpine private toll road.
It's worth doing if you get clear skies and fine weather.
About 35 euro I think but worth it.

Thank you Figaro and apologies for not having gotten back to you sooner. I took your advice and hey what a fabulous trip we had. Well worth 36 euros because it was not just a toll ticket but a ticket to a magnificent days experience. I would certainly recommend this to any Motorhomer travelling through Austria. I just wish that I’d bought the motorbike with me.
