Vets in France prior to return u.k.

Has anybody used the vet at Buchy before coming back over the water to get their dogs treatment for worms? If so what are they charging now if you have your own tablets? Prior to Brexit we always used the vet in La Mailleraye Sur Seine when the charge was 15 euros. Has anyone used them recently?

Yes, used them last week. Excellent. We were €38 I think but that was their tablet.

We used them for worming at the end of May and it was 5.30€ with them suppling the worming tablet for a 6kg dog , was offered health check for extra but we didn’t need that.
He signed both new Eupp and AHC .

It probably depends on the size of the dog and therefore how many tablets they need to give. Manic ‘s dog is 6kg whereas Honey is 21kg and will probably be 22kg by the time we get to France so will need more tablets.

We used them in May for 3 small dogs using our tablets so it was just €22, if we'd used their tablets it would've been €27 or €29 (can't remember exactly).

Used the vet at Maillerye a couple of weeks ago. The cost was €18 for the consult/form filling plus another €10.50 for the tablet for a dog under 10 kg

We used the Vets at Bourg Achard on 31st May - they are part of the same practice as the Vets at La Mailleraye, and they too charged 18€, we provided our own tablets.

The aire was being dug up when we were there a couple of weeks ago. We went across to Forges-les-Eaux, had to pay but nice location and short walk into town through the municipal site. If you have time check out the French Resistance museum.

Thanks for tip off Andy MacD. We are inspectors for 'All the Aires France' so I'd better check it out when at the vets.
