If ever you are stuck with how something works on the forum. Navigate to the bottom right of any page and you’ll see a menu item marked Help/Support. Click on that and you’ll see a list of help topics and you can browse those. Or even better just start type a keyword into the big search box. By the time you have typed the fourth letter your answer will be presented.

In this case, search for the term SUBS and by the time you’ve typed the ‘S' you solution will be presented.

I have tried that with this question, but no results...

....I see some names in bold blue - I assume so they get a message to alert them to a post - how do I do that in a post?
