If you have one don’t press it too hard, it’s attached from behind panel with soft clips as I found out today when switch assembly disappeared from view. Removing the plastic collar round gear lever gait is simple enough and I’ll superglue it back in place.

Auto Fiat gearbox holds the gear longer before it changes up with the up button pressed.
