I’ve spent a week trying to find the cause of a random beeping on our new to us Burstner 747.
The beep is barely audible inside the mh and isn’t linked to water or battery or anything on the panel. I don’t appear to have a smoke alarm or carbon monoxide alarm but if I did I assume they’d beep inside.
I’ve cleaned the water sensors in case it was those, though the panel says they are working fine.
It appears to be linked to the cab more even though the sound comes from near the back by the loo and garage. Turning on the engine stops or starts the beeping.
It’s not linked to being plugged in. Happens even on 12v.
I thought it had to be the step alarm but have kept the step in and it’s still happens. although perhaps it’s a faulty step alarm. Can u take out the step fuse without damaging anything?
I’m at a loss now.. it’ll be going back to the dealer next week but we’re in the middle of a two week tour and must be irritating people around us
Any thoughts much appreciated
