Tyre question

I often hear that it's important to use Motorhome specific tyres due to the amount of time they spend parked up but don't ever hear anyone commenting on tyre savers. Anyone have any experience of these, not necessarily to change tyres to commercials but to help prolong the life of tyres in general? Thanks

Another item someone thought would make them money.
How many members have posted their tyres have flat spots due to extended parking causing a poor ride..... I can't think of one such post.
