tv wall mounting / bracket (1 Viewer)

I want to mount our 19" Meos tv on the vertical wall of out Hymer's wardrobe. I can buy a neat bracket that will only protrude 13mm but am not sure what fixings to use? I assume that the panel is veneered compressed board. Will a metal backing plate with through bolts & nylock nuts suffice?

I haven't had an oppurtunity to look at brackets in other vans.

Your help/ advice would be appreciated!

Check you still have clearance for the wires and sockets, I went for a very flush fitting bracket and found I didn't then have space for the aerial and power leads.

I used set-screws with washers on the inside of the wardrobe, plenty man enough on my van.
