Still dropping clangers and making it up as I go along
I have received 2 emails over this weekend informing me that there is an issue with my DD payment for my TV Licence.
As this years has just renewed I thought that I had better check.
But the cash has gone out of the bank but the TV licence office is closed due to CV19 (no surprise)
But this can limit some peoples ability to check.
The email is quite threatening be warned folks

DONT PAY IT CHECK FIRST DOBT CLICK ON THE LINK

AS on the other thread IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE

Anything telling you there is a problem with a DD is a fake. Companies don't communicate like that

I do agree but it could catch out the more vulnerable

Shall I sing for you?

I know a song..

I've also had this about 2 weeks apart from each other seemed convincing but had to check the bank to make sure and surprise surprise payment had gone no issues

I get these every 2 weeks or so for at least the last 4 months and strangely they still haven't arrested me, any emails like this I just look at the route address and most of them have a .jp source, remember the address you see initially is what they want you to see (normally .gov) and not the actual source

PayPal and BT phone are Others . getting several a week so take care

Got one a couple of days ago ,claimed I was £12 short .But I have always paid up front so I don’t forget lol. These cretins should be thrown into the virus wards naked for a week .

I get the e mail, regarding tv license and one from Loyds Bank at the same time. Both the e mails went strait in the bin.

Wife had a text from DVLA about a refund on her car tax, bit strange as she doesn't own a car.

Had a couple from the “TV” people and one from ”British Gas” saying it owed my +£400, just needed my bank details! Yer.
